New Synthetic Putting Green,
The Villas at Northwood Creek in Maumelle, Arkansas

A synthetic putting green is just one of the many unique amenities at “The Villas at Northwood Creek in Maumell, AR”. Arkansas National Greens was awarded the contract to construct  a synthetic putting green with six challenging holes.  The artificial golf environment is complete with chipping areas, sunken grass chipping bunker, and a  hitting mat that holds a tee up for a full golf swing. The mat is enclosed with a  net cage so you can take a full swing without being concerned about golf ball trajectory. National Greens also constructed a shuffle board court, horse shoe pit, playground equipment. All the play ground equipment is commercial grade and consists of a “spider climber, tire swing, and teetering bronco horse.  Underneath the playground equipment, Arkansas National Greens laid a two inch foam shock pad, and National Greens synthetic playground grass turf. A small amount of sand and then a rubber infill is what stands the turf straight up and adds weight so that it does not fly away in high velocity winds . The the two inch foam shock pad and rubber infill is mandatory so that it pass state regulation fall height tests.

As of today the project is still under construction but will be finished soon. The Villas Northwood Creek has set the curve when it comes to amenities for their residents. When you see all the amenities you will immediately feel like you are living on the premises of a private country club. The owners must have spent some long days and nights planning this perfectly laid out gated community. Far from apartment living,   “The Villas at Northwood Creek” show off  fine stone craftsmanship that can be found through out the property. These very private living spaces that will give you the feeling that you are not in Maumelle , AR. You really must see this style of renting a home that is like no other.
